The name Frianki is a combination of Kathleen's grandparents' names Frank & Ria, and was created as a tribute to them. Creativity runs in Kathleen's family, with her Oma (grandmother) being a skilled seamstress and her mother excelling in quilting and drawing. A love for sewing has been with her all her life, and now she sews primarily clothing for herself & her children. She considers herself lucky to have such strong influences in her life who have consistently supported & encouraged her in all her creative endeavours!
